The Social Chico/ Student Dormitory 

This is a popular choice for many first-time freshmen! The Social Chico Dorms are located in the city of Chico and buses are available to take you to the Butte College campus. The convenient location in the heart of Chico provides easy access to Butte College, and transportation services. Choose from fully furnished studio, private, and shared room options that fit any budget. All floor plans feature spacious closets, private bathrooms, and complimentary internet and streaming services provided by Xfinity on Campus. Community amenities include huge pool with cabanas, Café 1400 Starbucks Café and convenience store, chef-run dining hall with flexible meal options, included FLEX dollars with meal plans to spend at Butte Dining though the Dorm Dollar program, game room, entertainment lounges and study rooms, and a state-of-the-art fitness center and CrossFit studio. There are frequent, planned social activities like movie nights and adventure outings to participate in along with a recreation room and fitness center on-site.
