Orientation Exemptions
You are exempt from Orientation if you are:
• Still in school: Student currently enrolled in elementary, junior or senior high school are exempt from Orientation.
• Enrolling in specific courses or terms: Students enrolling in the following are empt from Orientation:
- Enrolling in a Winter or Summer session only.
- Enrolling in performance, activity or noncredit courses only (Exempt Class List)
- Enrolling in one or two non-exempt classes and do not intend to obtain a certificate or degree. Students in this category will register during the Open Registration period which typically is the week prior to the start of the semester. Please refer to the Admissions and Records webpage for Times to Register.
